Refund

I am so disappointed with what absa is doing to me I made an order using my card from temu and I canceled the order now they tell me I have to write to their authorisation department.. What's difficult about returning back the money to my bank account bcz i even sent the recipient of the refund.. Now I have to wait as if I am borrowing their money
