Refund

<p>I've been struggling with Absa for almost 6 years now about a amount on my credit card that they have to refund me. Everytime they ask me to send them an email with all the documents they need and then the payment will be done in 21 working days.....yeah almost 6 years I've received nothing! They called me several time to inform me that they need to do the payment but no-one is able to assist me. This is pathetic!!!</p>
