Refund
My husband and I have a credit card with absa, my husband has not been working for the past 2 years he finally got a small contract job and was paid, absa then deducted R5000 from his account. I am now about to be evicted from my home because that money was meant for my rent. I have since called the lawyers that we were handed over to and made arrangements for R200 to be debited from my account monthly, This money was debited on the 14th, i called in the in 17th and was told that the refund is with the processing department and the money will be refunded after 48 hours, since today nothing, so i call in again today and i am told that ABSA will not be refunding me because i never make a payment for a long time, how??? if my husband is not working. i don't have food in my house, I haven't paid my rent all because ABSA debited R5000 from my account and are refusing to give my money back. ABSA has the worst service when it comes to TCF
