Refund
I was on debt counselling, we had to request a paid up letter, which Absa confirmed my account was in credit and I was due a refund. Jermaine Barlow confirmed via email that the amount that will be refunded back to me "Please be advised the credit amount on the account amounts to R7 528,14 ". This morning the payment was made to me, but only R 4151.78 was paid to me. What happened to the rest? Please advise urgently!.
