Refund
I have a personal loan with Absa. Last month I paid the loan via EFT couple of days later they deducted. When I called and ask for a refund they made me wait for couple of weeks. I kept on calling and they told me that it’s being processed and last time I called them they told me it’s been paid into my account when I check there’s nothing even on my bank statement. It’s just a terrible experience even today I’m still waiting.
