Refund
Absa was suppose to refund me for bank charges that occurred because of their fault. I went to the bank 3 times, Magdeline compile my statements and takes them up stairs each time, and she says they will refund me. It's almost two months now going though the same story. Absa Midrand is the worse branch to go to.
