below is an e-mail from ABSA assuring me my refund which I supposed to have received by today however I was never called or given any progress of my complaint . I have never experience such ***********s before where one just keeps on repeating the same mistake every month and apologies later .there services is poor and it same's like they don't know what they are doing Dear Roshny.

Kindly note that the date given for the feedback is incorrect.

The correct feedback date is 30/07/2024.
