Refinance of vehicle residual value
The residual value for my vehicle was due in February. In January already I started the process of refinancing the outstanding value (ABSA CarOnline initiated the process). After going through the process and sending through my documents (payslip etc.), there was suddenly no more feedback. 19 Feb I received a call about \non payment"of the residual value"
