Reference NONSENSE

Dear ABSA

You are unable to trace your own internal reference number given to my query. I also am still waiting in that email that LaToya in your general enquiries from to send TWICE in two different calls...today is her day off so now no-one knows what to do.. I spent more than 4 hours on calls with regards to this query.... apparently you have no idea what you are doing..... I need my query dealt with by someone today... please sort this out.
