Reduction of limit without notice

Absa decided to reduce my limit and then inform after I called them. They send an sms and the emailed me a letter. I transferred money so that I can be able to pay for my car and to buy food .. now they referring me to a clause.. Can Absa please assist me , I’m losing my mind with frustration .This is really unfair to me as your client.why wasn’t i informed so I can prepare? What must I do now? Absa please be fair nd treat me right
