Rediculous charges and service.

On Tuesday I went to the bank to close my account. When I got there I was told there are transaction pending and I would need to come back.

I asked the teller if i would be expected to pay these rediculous fees again at the end of this month an he said yes!! When I asked him if he could put a stop on the charges as I am here today he said no.

Firstly Wednesday was the only time I had off in the week to come to the back, secondly without t fail ever month yoy have taken R115, R185 and 45 to R90 every month listing it as admin charges when I ask for an explanation I am being told it's admin charges!

I want this account closed as the service I have gotten is absolutely pathetic, i refuse to pay another R400 in bank charges. I refuse to come into this bank again.
