Rediculous admin charges

I have been unfairly charged rediculous admin charges by Absa.I have been comunicating with them since late April 2015 & went to the branch so many times to let them know that i will be on maternity leave from May 2015 & will not be able to pay the full instalment on my accounts because the employer does not pay full salary.I have provided them with the documents they requested & the Dr's letter as well.The is an agreement in place between the Bank & myself which i am happy & greatful for but to my surprise i have been charged very upnormal bank charges even though i have provided the documents they requested & even the salary is not even half of my basic income.I have been charged R1380 for admin charges even though i have notified the bank that i will not be getting the full salary & will have to claim through UIF channels. The money that was taken from my cheque account is too much for admin especially after i notify them of my situation.I am so disappointed in Absa for this harsh treatment,i could be paying another account with that money & so frustrated.Truely disappointed by the treatment i got from Absa
