Recovery of funds

I am currently on Debt review and Hyphen allocates payments to my creditors. In July/August 2021 was my last payment to Absa Vehicle Finance for the car. I have even received a letter from Absa stating that our vehicle is fully paid.

In December 2021 Hyphen paid an amount of R4210.00 to Absa again, even though the vehicle was fully paid.

Now I have a huge problem getting the R4210.00 back from Absa. My debt advisor was in contact with Absa and forwarded my Bank Statements in order for them to make the payment to my account.

It has been 2 weeks now and we have heard nothing from Absa. They do not reply to emails and do not return calls at all.

Please urgently advise as we need the money asap.
