Recoveries Department Sucks

Horrible service, I have vehicle finance with ABSA, my car was written off and I have an access to be paid. I didn't miss any payments towards the access but my account was handed over to a recoveries department. They stopped my debit after they debited early and there was less fund. They have not debited me for the past few months or contacted me with regards to how to pay. They have not even sent a statement of what I owe but I assume the amount due is still accumulating interest. I went to the branch to get help, however, they have been no help at all in regards to how to pay my debt and how much to pay for my debt. They did give me a number to call for recoveries but til this day no one answers my calls, no messages are sent on my email or cell and I have no idea how much I have to pay or how to pay it all because ABSAs recoveries department has no idea what they are doing.
