Reckless lending

Not first time absa is in the lime light about reckless lending, I made a loan the time the checked my record which was perfect, not even done paying my first loan they phoned me again for another loan, not checking my record, this all lead me into depression, and yet they made me take out a 3rd loan , they even said they will send sheriff of court to my work or house if payment was not made, did they not check that I could not afford it, agents ran through the terms and conditions which I didn't understand, they didn't even ask if I do suffer from other conditions which can affect my payments
