Recieved an sms stating I’m in arrears without previous notifications

Again absa bond just sent me an sms stating my account is in arrears,what is shocking is that they have not sent any notifications previously advising me that my bond amount will be increased and I’m only being told now it has gone up without any notification.

I am experiencing nothing but bad service by Absa bond ,this is not the first time before they did not cancel the debit order after I have informed them that there is a stop order in place.

I do not understand why am I being treated like this,and I’m starting to think I made a bad decision by accepting absa bond to finance me when the other bank were offering to finance me.
