Recent Experience at ABSA Bank Ballito

I am writing this review to highlight a recent experience I had with ABSA Ballito and specifically with the following staff members:

- Zama Masondo - Thobekile Ndlovu - Ragnee Govender - Preshni Naidoo and - Princess Gumede

My husband and I went into ABSA Ballito Bank yesterday morning with a complicated matter

We were initially helped by the friendly and competent Zama and then Regnee stepped in. I would like to give a special word of commendation to Ragnee. Don’t get me wrong, while the above people showed remarkable friendliness, professionalism and customer service – she showed that and more! Ragnee went above and beyond to resolve our issue, all while being kind and considerate to us.

After the umpteenth stumbling block from the call centre, any other manager would have given up and referred me to liaise further directly with the call centre. Instead, Ragnee not only took initiative, but ensured the successful resolution of my issue!

And Regnee is the reason why I am now again an ABSA client 😉

Regnee was assisted by Preshni (She opening the savings account as the final solution to our issue and she deftly handled this, while providing sound advice), Thobekile at the Cashier Kiosk (who was both bubbly and conveyed a practiced expertise that put us at ease with her warm conversation while assisting).

We also appreciate the bottled water and then coffee (shout out to Princess for a most delicious cup and her friendly smile) provided to us while we waited.

I left ABSA bank with my complicated matter resolved to my full satisfaction and I really hope these 5 women are given credit where credit is due – they are most definitely assets of ABSA Ballito

Thank you
