Receiving someone else's credit card statement email every second month

Since the third quarter of 2018 I suddenly cannot open my emailed credit card statement with the correct password anymore. I then noticed that this happens every second month. I noticed that on the email which I cannot open that the surname is not my married name, but my ****en name, but with other initials (so other person). Somewhere they have a bug in their system. I emailed the correct department and got no reply. When it happened again I emailed them again and received a reply asking for more details. I gave it to them......no reply. It's 2019 guys what the hell is going on at ABSA???
