Receiving refund from the bank

My experience with receiving my refund is not going well with the bank.I had recently purchased from Superbalist but my order was cancelled so they told be I would get a refund. A week went by and I didn’t receive my refund, so I contacted them and they eventually authorised my refund but I had to call the bank to authorised the refund as well. The bank is giving problems , I’ve been going back and forth with them for almost a month and I still haven’t received my refund. When I contact them and ask where is my money they tell me a whole bunch of stories that they can see the authorised amount but they they refer me to someone else and they tell me that person will be able to assist but when I contact that person they are of no help. I’m really frustrated now because I don’t understand what the delay is. I just want my money back.
