RECEIVING COURT SUMMONS BECAUSE OF ABSA'S NEGLIGENCE

How can ABSA offer insurance THAT YOU PAY FOR MONTHLY and then not activate it sending out SUMMONS???!!!! I have a credit life protection plan with ABSA on my personal loan account. Since COVID hit I was retrenched, lost my income and had to sell my personal belongings to survive. I did activate my insurance to cover the cost of my personal loan account and all of the sudden I am receiving COURT SUMMONS of the unpaid account WHICH IS INSURED AND THAT I PAID FOR WHEN TAKING OUT THE LOAN. HOW DO YOU WORK ABSA??? I called in, explained to the consultant the situation and that they will be arresting me if they don't sort this out on their side as it is their negligence, who then just told me to tell the lawyers that ABSA is still busy with the claim???THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CAN COST ALOT OF DAMAGE!
