Recall payments

I have been trying to contact someone from ABSA since Monday morning and no one seems to be able to want to assist me. I made several payments to a company that was not supposed to and needed this recalled urgently. The more I'm telling them this the more they telling me to go to report it at my local station. I'm afraid the longer they take the less likely I may get my money back. Really surely this is not that difficult to do or even to request a recall. It's now four days and I don't know what to do ANYMORE. Can someone PLEASE HELP!!!!
