Reaping off customers
ABSA only send me the policy document after 3 yrs of struggle, Nomsa Dhlamini refuses to stop escalation if premiums inspire if my request, on the schedule it’s written escalation can stop only 10trs from commencement, this policy is 13yrs old,and I want escalation of premiums to stop mainly because when I paid R208,08 In 2006 cover was R630000 today I pay R546.04 the cover is still R630000. To me it doesn’t make any mathematical sense I want the premiums to stop escalation, this is our policy we don’t owe ABSA anything it belongs to us not Absa
