Really terrible service!!!
After banking with Absa for almost 15 years Absa has proven continuously that they don't care about my business or my loyalty to them Again money was removed from my account with no explanation why: 30-Apr 62.50 Internet Fee - yet I am not using Archived Statements or any additional services apart from the standard services - yet no one at Absa is investing why I keep getting charged when I (the customer) am telling you'll I dont use the extra services!!! I am still not receiving my Personal Loan statements My Absa Rewards haven't been awarded as yet when it used to be awarded on the 1st of every month
