Really frustratted with ABSA for missing payment to another bank

As per the below email that i sent to the missing payments department i still haven't received any feedback to date with regards to a payment I was making to someone from FNB. This is really frustrating as it looks as if though i never made the payment at all.

May I please get some assistance with a payment that was made as per the attachment that seems to be missing/hasn't reached the intended recipient.

As per FNB the payment hasn't cleared yet on their side and it's been a week since I made the payment.
