REALEASE OF FLEXI RESERVE

I have been making request the release of my flexi reserve but in vain. I made over limit withdrawals from my flexi which resulted in 3months less payment to my account. This is no longer a case now , my bond account is up to date. Collection Department promised to lift the monitoring status on 02 December 2024 and the money was supposed to be available 04 December 2024 15h00.
