ReAdvance payment

I app**** for an Readvance on my Homeloan on the 14th October. On the 20th October I was advised that my Readvance has been approved. Documents were sent through to me which I had to complete and send back to ABSA. This was done on the 21st October. On the 23rd October I was told to resend all documents in PDF format which was done on the 25th October. I was told that it takes 2 days for payment. On the 26th I'm then sent more documents to sign which we did on the 27th October 2020 and I was told that from ABSA receiving the signed documents it takes a couple of hours and payment will be done. We are now over 24 hours and when contacting ABSA they said they cannot locate any payments that have been done, and no response to any of my emails. Please could you urgently look into this as I would never have app**** for the Readvance if it was not urgent.
