Re transfer
Bad service from Absa how I wish I could change that bank with immediate effect I asked Debt busters to make a request on my behalf to transfer money from my cheque account to saving account on the 2/12/24 they normally take a day to do transfer till this time I have not received any money nor feedback

03 Dec 2024, 12:56I just do not understand why the delay , September 2024 was told Absa was off line
October the team managed to refund the following day
For November/December I'm told of investigation
May I just get reason why am I unable to get refund from cheque account to saving as it's the same bank like other months
