RE: MISSED INFORMED - BEING SUED

I have been unemployed since November 2012 and have been battling with my debt. I have recently received a summons from an attorney for a student loan. I have taken out a student loan for my daughter and at the time I was under the impression that I would only be liable to pay the interest on the loan (which I paid) and after the year of studies my daughter would have to pay the loan. It's only over a year later when the bank demanded the money from me instead of my daughter and the lady (Ms. van Dyk - Pretoria) from the bank explained that after we signed the papers at Damlin, we should have gone to the bank to make such arrangements. I feel that I have been misinformed and now suffer the consequence of being sued for a student loan which wasn't for me. I want this matter investigate to see why I was not properly informed. Please also notify Hammond Pole to pend their legal action until this matter is resolved. I want a ref number on this matter because if I not satisfied with the outcome I intend to take the matter further.
