RE: MISSED INFORMED - BEING SUED
I have complaint on the 7.3.16 whereafter ABSA responded with ref ***. Spoken to Sibongile on the 10.3.16 and with Elma on the 11.03.16. They said that I signed surety on this student loan. They said they will draw the contract and also wanted proof of the surety. None of them bothered to contact me back. On the 15.3.16, the 17.3.16 (78588e74) I logged a query with the action line again. Al response I get is that they sincerely apologise and the matter is being escalated to their CEO office for urgent feedback. On the 30.3.16 another email to the action line for feedback, but again only a automated reply to say the same as the above, more reference: b2b189b6. ABSA is quick to hand this matter over to Hammond Pole and they already issued summons, but when you want feedback (contract and surety which I'm entitle to) no one bothers to come back to me. If Hammond Pole proceed with further action after the summons, for instance a default judgment. ABSA will be liable for costs to rescind the judgement if they cannot proof their claim with a contract or surety. The matter is escalated to the CEO's office, is this how a CEO's office of a bank deal with their complaints.
