Re-issue of credit card declined
My credit card expired last year April 2014 and I did not apply for a new one because I wanted to pay money into it to get ahead. Now I actually need this card and they refuse to re-issue it even though I'm paying it off every month. Their reason, it is impossible to do it. Really?
