Re Debits orders from April till June

On the 11 October, about 1200 was just taken from my account. Which all the debits were already taken from my on the time of purchase. Now I don't have funds because of absa. When I called on the 11th at night spoke to Luvuyo at General Enquires he said his Manager has confirmed that they having a problem with the system it's debiting again from April. They are trying to work on it and it will be fixed. I must call in the morning. I call the following morning the 12th got Mzwandile who was rude to me and told me that I owed that money. I then asked for the manager from General Enquiries Noleen who said will call me back took my details and will call back after 30 minutes till today the 16th He is calling me. Same day I called them General Enquiries but I was holding for good long time because they said they putting on the line so he speak to me. No one ever called me back. Called the Complaints line still no help. I am broke. What's annoying me most is that I am the one who lost money and not your employees that's why they can't help anyone. Today the 16th I called again and still no one can assist me. I want my money back so that I close my account and while we at it the airtime I am using with borrowed money because You ABSA have showed that your clients means nothings. Been a client for 17 years and now I must go borrow money. This is the end of the road!!!!! Please bring my money back
