RE: Card credi card collection

I have app**** for credit card online which was approved. Today i went to kolonade to collect my card, I was told they cant issue my card because the initials on the card, bank statement and proof of residence are not the same, it means there is 2 people. How so because the ID no will be same?<br> I have been submitting those everywhere without difficulties. I dont have control over how Nedbank or vodacom capture my name on their system?<br> If according to Fica regulation it will create problem? Why didn't it create it before?<br>
