Re absa /TMJ

My mum passed away on the 16th February 2018 in India.... She had her will with absa also an insurance policy with absa stating in her passing away the property will transfered to me her son at no cost.... Also she had a funeral cover on the policy for R15000 which will be paid of. When I went to absa I was told that TMJ Attorney are handling the matter n I should laise with the them. So I spoke to a lady Ansie Pillay who is dealing with My mums file..... This lady ansie is absolutely slow its a year and nothing is done, they give no feedback or phone calls. I received some documents to sign n return to then so I signed and emailed not realizing they needed the originals it took TMJ ansie 3 months to realize I didn't post the original (haha lol) can you imagine. That a professional company would handle matters off estate with no effecientcy.
