Re - Absa Bank Chatsworth branch

I went to Absa Bank Chatsworth branch to deposit my R5 coins savings for 2 yrs,, Tuesday 14th January 2025 I went to Pavillion Absa bank to enquire about coins deposit the lady told me how to separate old and new coins since their wait is not same gave me money bags and told me maximum R5000 per coins deposit a day,, 16th Wednesday went to Chatsworth Absa for deposit since I'm working across them the guy asked me what I'm coming to do told him coins deposit he said it's R5000 maximum and ask me how long I've been saving told him 2yrs and he said people usually come in December to deposit,, I went to the teller the ask me how much told her R5000 that's what Pavillion branch and guy that works here told me she said she only knew R3000 max ask her colleagues they told her R5000,, 2 *R20000 and 1*R1000 she weighed the 2*2000 bags and told me I need to separate the R1000 to 100 money bags of which I didn't have and Pavillion only gave me the big bags, she deposited R4000 and return the R1000 with few small bags she asked me how much do I have left told her the savings it's about R1000 I told her will come following day,,, Thursday came with R5000 separated accordingly she asked me where my Salary deposited told her FNB she said she will report to SARS this money I said it's ok go ahead,,, Friday 17th today went again to deposit when it's supposed to be my turn the guy that is supposed to help me went to their Supervisor unfortunately they didn't have name tag the lady came to me and asked where I got these coins told her I was saving for 2yrs ask why I didn't deposit last year I told her wasn't ready and I said to her since this gentleman I never speak to him how he knew about my coin she said it means he's colleague told him, the lady asked him what type of account I have with them he responded but he never helped me before she asked me where my salary goes I told her FNB the guy said why I don't deposit @ FNB as a customer I have right to depot my money where I want and the charges are not the same,, Supervisor said they are not the bulk bank but the guy from BP garage was there for deposit bulk, she said they have to call vbs to collect the money I said what is the issue because you charging me for deposit I ended up leaving without deposting and yet I have Bond acc with Absa but in all I'll cut all my ties with Absa and to be honest with you Absa Chatsworth look down at their black customer's since it's Indian area. I'm very ****ed,,, Social media is coming for them if I don't get any clarity about the disgusting treatment I received from them treating me as *****. Thank you Mrs T T Zulu ***
