Rccs bos jhb debited my R2576.26, I have a home loan with absa which I have already paid R7000 this month, however Absa went ahead and debited an additional R2576.26 without any arrangement made. When I called the home loan urgents they informed me that that request to refund has been made but they not sure when it will reflect in my accoun.
Can someone in Absa please give me a date as to when I will receive my money please, this is an inconvenience since I reserved the money to buy food for my kids.
