RCCS BOS JHB - making transfers out of my account

I'm working abroad and my wife send ,e a message that R4000 has just been transferred out of my ABSA account. NO warning NO ref numbers just a R4000 transfer. When calling the bank they say that it is my vehicle that is in arrears, which is not the case. if in arrears, its not even the right amount!!! I see there is a lot of reports regarding this RCCS BOS JHB.....why are they not being stopped!? I want ,y money transferred back into my account. Im fed up with ABSA, will rather change to other bank when back in SA.
