RCCS BOS J

I have just discovered that my account was *******ly debited by RCCS BOS J *** for R300. I have no contract with these people nor did I give them any instruction to debit my account. I don't even know who or what entity is this RCCS BOS J! I am a long time ABSA customer and am very disappointed with this since i have not had this issue before. Now I have to go into the branch tomorrow and wait in long queues to try and sort out this mess. I hope someone will follow up on this.
