Rating

Hi,

I have been an Absa client since I was a student in 2003. I need to find out why I am getting bad rates from Absa whenever I apply for a home loan, car finance even though other banks are giving me better offerings. I have already financed 2 houses which are paid off through other banks and my current car is the 4th car that I'm financing with other banks. I always pay on time and I have a good credit score, so I need to understand what are the rating factors that are causing Absa to give me bad rates.
