Rather work with a broker...
In the start of the year we had some extreme raining weather and as a result my roof got damaged due to the rain. I phoned the contractor to get a quote and I submitted my claim to BLABSA, I waited for an entire month and no feedback from them. Then I told the contractor to go ahead because of the rain we might suffer more damage. Since then I have been contacing telephonically and per email. I have sent photos and no response from BLABSA
