Rather Herpes than Absa Insurance

<p>My house is insured by Absa because that is whom I got my home loan from. 21 July '16 my house was broken into and the copper pipes/plumbing was ******. The pipes were replaced quite quickly but the ceiling, walls & floor was damaged due to the water. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've phoned almost daily over the past almost 3 months. Every time I have to explain afresh what happened and invariably I get promised: "we'll call you back". </p> <p> </p> <p>Rufus, Mpho, Aubrey, Tumelo, Zininzi, Thabo, Maureen, Judith, Steven & Vincent Nkosi have all promised they'll either call me back or sort it out. All of them ****. Is it company policy to lie and frustrate your customers because you've done nothing else. </p> <p> </p> <p>If your house is insured by Absa, change immediately! Their call centre is the most frustrating bunch of *********** people you will ever encounter. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
