Rate concession
Good Day Please assist, I have app**** for rate concession as I was previously on prime minus 1.5. Unfortunately, this was declined due to the current rate being in line with my credit profile, what does it mean? I would like to appeal this as the rate is high for me given the current economic situation, please assist Regards Lawrence Twala
