Random charges on my account & cant get help!

<p>I have tried calling the helpdesk 8 times over the last few days to query charges on my cheque account and cannot get help! Everytime a consultant transfers me, They hang up on me. I have been sms'd that my bank charges are going up more the R100 next month and have mailed twice to find out why with NO RESPONSE. So frustrating!!!!!!!!</p>
