****** ABSA REFUSING TO SEND ME COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH BUT AFRIKAANS

Ever Since I have taken up an absa funeral policy I have never received any communication in English , even after I sent an email to advise that I could have never picked Afrikaans as my language preference because I am as black as they come so why do you keep sending me communication in Afrikaans?
