******

I was standing in the queue for over 30 min and all of a sudden the manager (white) allowed a gentleman (white) to que infront of me bcs he apparently forgot his ID at home and went to go fetch it.
I Mean where does that happen? According to my understanding when u go home and leave the bank when you come back you need to join the queue again and not go infront
I Told her I had dizzy spells from standing but she didn't wanna hear it
I'm so dissspointed at the service and I ended up not doing anything and left
How is it making sense that the bank manager holds a queue while you go back home???? And what got me even more upset is that they spoke in Afrikaans calling me a problem
