A Russell Booysen was given my damage vehicle finance deal to investigate but he never not once bothered to phone me or hear my side of the story before coming to his wonderful conclusion. Russell met with the dealer Elmar(VW Tulisa park) and he actually coached him on how to respond to me. He told the deal not to discuss anything further with me. Russell met with Elmar on site in my absence and made his own racial, unfair conclusion on my case.My argument is everyone is saying my car was driven through a water puddle and that’s how the engine failed.This is there findings after just pushing a camera down the shaft and seeing water present in the block. A proper assessment has not been done because Vw want to charge me R8000 to take the engine apart to get a proper cause of how water got in the engine, for now they are assuming and making false accusations. I’m confident If this motor is taken apart it will be discovered that the head gasket or head is damaged and that will explain the over heating issue I’ve been having since I took delivery of the vehicle. The car has had serval water pump and thermostats replaced but still the over heating continued. Strangely enough the dealers are refusing to provide me with all my invoices for the repairs that was done on my car over these past 3 months of having the car. The dealer sold me a default car from day one and now these bankers are siding with the dealer and forgetting that I’m the client with a reasonable explanation and facts But no statement was taken from me nor was I part of the investigation. I demand my case be handed over to someone more senior at Absa bank that can hear my side of the story first and make an informed fair decision or I’m moving all my money matters to another bank that can value their clients and not treat them like *********.
