R312 administration fee on "Zero Fees" account

Started a future plan a few months before losing my job 2 years ago, I added R100 3 times and lost my job. It matured for 2 years to reach R325.46. I needed the money so when it reached its maturity date on the 21st of January 2024 I decided to transfer the money to my savings account. But when I checked my balance after doing the transfer there was a 0 balance on my future plan and also a 0 balance on my savings account, when I check the transaction history on my savings account it does show that the transfer was done and an administration fee of R312.00 was charged despite your advertising stating that there are zero fees, no bank charges and administration fees. Now my question is, 1. Why the R312 fee on a transfer of R325.46, and 2. Why is the balance 0 after R325.46 was added to the account and R312.00 was deducted?
