Wow. How inhuman how immoral! They harassed me day in n day in about 9400 arrears. Then kept sending me mails addressing me as Mr Mogale. I am not a male nor my surname Mogale when I question this they referred to me as Mr Molepo wen again I said I am Annabelle n I doubt there is a male Annabelle in the world they addressed me as Mrs Molepo meaning I am married to my date I guess. To absa we are just money tools nothing more. I paid them the 9400 as was confirmed by their daily calling consultants. To my surprise Rezona Louw send me a mail stating We note that you have paid the arrears on your account , but it was short paid with the amount of R2.39. Really 2.39? would it have hurt that to acknowledge 9400? That means nothing to her coz now she is chasing 2.39.
