R2250.67 Vodacom ***** deduction without being on contract

Vodacom has deducted R2250.67 from my account and I don't even have a contract with them as I have been on prepaid for years. I am highly upset!!!!!!!

Have tried calling their customer case center several times and there is no consultant I can speak to. Only chatbot which can't even help me!!!

I am on my way to the Police station to open a case of *****.
