R1500.00 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ABSA SAVINGS ACCOUNT

R1500 was taken out of my accon the 30/06/2015 dt does not specify as i dont know of any such dt which i have authorised 4 dt orders went of which I am aware of,I than called absa bnk general enquiries had to hang on for over the 15 min to speak to a consultant Palesa whom assisted in answering my query on my sav acc is when i found that it wasmy credit crd and it was the collections dept hat took the R1500 with out my authorization i was put through to the collections department and spoke to a Palesa lady as I told her that yes i am aware that I am in arrears for 6 months and I was gonna come into my branch where my account was open to make an arr to pay it off as I am in a finacial difficulty and I told her I made an arrange on my cheque acc to pay R250 which was accepted as I cannot afford a R1500 to go for my credit card, is there anyway that I can make an arrangement i would have liked to malke an arr of R400pm to clear my credit crd in the meantime and if i can i will increase the pmt arrangement amt at a later stage and if they can ref bal bck to my sav acc she became very harsh and said it cnt be done ,i tried to make her see reason in she refused. i need to pay cheque ac
