R130 for Proof for banking details letter - SIES!!!!

To whom it may concern,

I do not understand why a fee of R130 needs to be charged for a Proof of Banking details letter.

I needed the proof for a inheritance pay out, and the bank statement is not what the Lawyers were looking for.

Why did I need to pay, when other banks do not charge for this service?

R130! For a letter to say that I have an account with you.
